The Experience
You don't need to know anything about horses, yoga, or breathwork to belong here. I designed this for people carrying something heavy — grief, burnout, heartbreak, a season that's asked too much of you — who want real tools to feel like themselves again, not just a nice vacation. Everything here is led by practitioners, held in a private ranch setting, and built around one idea: your nervous system heals faster in quiet, in nature, and next to a horse than it does anywhere else I've found.

Arrival & Welcome Ceremony
I pick you up, we settle in, and we share a slow dinner at the long table before opening the circle together at dusk.
- Day Two
Sunrise Kundalini + Horse Biofeedback
Kundalini and breath at first light, nourishment, then your first session in the round pen with the herd — no riding, no experience needed.
- Day Three
Breathwork, Reiki & Hot Springs
Deep breathwork, one-on-one reiki, and an afternoon soaking in the Rocky Mountain hot springs.
- Day Four
Closing Ceremony & Integration
A gentle, fully supported plant-medicine ceremony, an integration workshop, and a closing circle before you head home.

Horses read your nervous system before you say a word. In biofeedback sessions, you simply stand with them — breathing, softening — and they mirror back exactly what you're carrying. No riding. No performance. No experience required. Ceremony here is slow, intentional, and fully held. I work with facilitators who know how to hold a room — you'll have time before and after to rest, journal, and be met wherever you're at.
